In his spare time, Dr. Lacroix has coached sports for over 20 seasons, including baseball, flag football and basketball. He and his wife are very active in their church and lead small group Bible studies on weekends. Having a heart for those less fortunate in the community, they avail themselves to outreach opportunities.

Cindy Kosor, VP of Operations

Cindy brings over 25 years of clinical and business experience in the aesthetic industry.  She worked with a rocket scientist and cosmetic chemist who developed the first line of hyaluronic acid-based skincare. Cindy accompanied him throughout the country educating physicians and nurses on skincare ingredients and skin conditions.  She was also the Vice President of a national aesthetic laser company and had the advantage of working with leading plastic surgeons and dermatologists throughout the United States. 

Cindy is very involved in the community and serves on the board of directors for the Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce, as well as several other local organizations in Greenville.  Having been a member of the Forbes Executive Business Council, Cindy has written numerous articles on business and aesthetics which were published by Forbes.  She looks forward to meeting you and answering all your questions during your complimentary consultation at Viva Med Aesthetics & Wellness.

Stacey Brausch, NP & Clinical Director

Stacey has been working alongside Dr. Lacroix for over 6 years, and brings nearly a decade of experience that includes extensive training courses in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, with world renowned BHRT pioneer, Dr. Neal Rouzier.  Stacey can also guide you through IV therapy, or a customized weight loss program, using GLP-1 receptor agonists such as semaglutide and trizepatide, that considers your medical history, lifestyle, and weight loss goals. She will monitor your progress, adjust your treatment as needed, and provide expert advice.  Her experience as an aesthetic injector and laser technician will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.  Stacey believes in practicing healthy habits that support feeling beautiful inside and out.

Bambi Parnell, RN & Certified Nurse Injector

Bambi Parnell has been practicing as a certified Registered Nurse injector in North Carolina for over 20 years.  Having worked as a master injectionist at a Dermatology office in Goldsboro and a Plastic Surgery office in New Bern, Bambi is now bringing her expertise to Greenville at Viva Med Aesthetics & Wellness.  Bambi thrives on continuing education and honing her craft to keep up with the growing aesthetic trends and technology.  She prides herself on personalized treatments, and thoughtful listening skills to provide her patients with the results they desire – all while maintaining a natural appearance. Bambi’s patients describe her as compassionate and considerate, with great listening skills and an artistic eye for aesthetics. 

Maria Ruiz, Laser Technician

Maria has worked in customer service and patient care for over a decade and has continued to grow in the aesthetic industry from clinical assistant to laser technician.  Maria is certified in RF Microneedling, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), and Laser Hair Removal. Maria is bilingual and works very closely with our Spanish speaking patients. She has a passion for aesthetics and wellness and is known for forming a bond with her patients. She is professional and takes expert care of all of her patients. 

Marianna Russ, Administrative Coordinator

Meet Marianna Russ, an Eastern North Carolina native; born and raised in Hyde County, NC. She now calls Greenville home after graduating from East Carolina University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Public Health.  

As the Administrative Coordinator of Viva Med Aesthetics & Wellness she has a passion for medical aesthetics and wellness and the positive impacts it makes in one’s life. With over 7 years’ experience in the aesthetic industry, she has developed a strong set of skills and a proven track record of success. Marianna is a proud member of the Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce and enjoys promoting and supporting the local businesses in the community that she lives and works.
